"เมื่อสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุดส่งฟ้องแล้วนั่นแหละ ประธานและคณะกรรมการป.ป.ช. จึงจะตกเป็นผู้ต้องสงสัย'' นายสุภัทร์กล่าวเพิ่มเติม
